SHIPPING

UK Orders:

For greetings cards, please allow 1 - 2 days for dispatch. Cards will be sent by Royal Mail First Class and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch. This is subject to this service being available in your area.
For carving kits, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. Carving kits are sent by Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.

International Orders

I currently ship to the USA and Canada.
From 13th December 2024, I am unable to ship to EU countries due to new product safety regulations.

For carving kits, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. Carving kits will be sent with Royal Mail's International Tracked service, subject to its availability in your part of the world. This will take up to 7 working days to arrive following dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties

I cannot assume responsibility for delays or additional costs encountered due to customs agencies. Any additional costs due to customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

I will only accept returned goods if the item/s purchased do not match their description. Returned items must be unused / unworn and refunds will only be issued once the item/s have been received and checked. I am unable to refund shipping costs. Items should be returned to the address on the reverse of the packaging.

Lost or Missing Items

I am unable to assume responsibility for lost or missing item/s. However, where reasonably possible I am willing to chase up delayed orders on behalf of a customer.
