SHIPPING
UK Orders:
For greetings cards, please allow 1 - 2 days for dispatch. Cards will be sent by Royal Mail First Class and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch. This is subject to this service being available in your area.
For jewellery and carvings, please allow 1 - 2 days for dispatch. All jewellery items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and signed), and should arrive by 1pm the next day after dispatch. This is subject to this service being available in your area.
For carving kits, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. Carving kits are sent by Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service, and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.
International Orders
I currently ship to the USA, Canada and mainland Europe (this includes all EU countries, and most non-EU countries)

For jewellery and carvings, please allow 1 - 2 days for dispatch. All jewellery items are sent by Royal Mail's International Tracked service, subject to it's availability in your part of the world (a signature may be required in some countries). This will take up to 7 working days to arrive following dispatch.
For carving kits, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. Carving kits will be sent with Royal Mail's International Tracked service, subject to its availability in your part of the world. This will take up to 7 working days to arrive following dispatch (3-5 working days to European countries).
Customs and Import Duties
I cannot assume responsibility for delays or additional costs encountered due to customs agencies. Any additional costs due to customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. From the 1st January 2021, this will apply to EU countries: you can find out more information about EU customs and taxation here.
Returns
I will only accept returned goods if the item/s purchased do not match their description. Returned items must be unused / unworn and refunds will only be issued once the item/s have been received and checked. I am unable to refund shipping costs. Items should be returned to the address on the reverse of the packaging.
Lost or Missing Items
I am unable to assume responsibility for lost or missing item/s. However, where reasonably possible I am willing to chase up delayed orders on behalf of a customer.
